At the Sultan, dishes are prepared with the use of a variety of herb sauces and wine and offered to guests in a Mediterranean European style presentation. A traditional approach is taken toward work in the kitchen, where all dishes are prepared in the old-fashioned style. Meat is cut using traditional horizontal Turkish butcher knives.

Truly wonderful, relaxed dining. Perfect for all occassions - from romantic date to large party of friends. The food is fantastic - good, flavorful home cooking and incredible variety - I'd recommend just filling the table with a selection of the hot and cold mezze, a few good (and very reasonably priced) bottles of wine and relaxing to eat the mediterranean way... grazing over the wonderful variety of flavors and textures whilst conversation flows. Perfect!
